Description

Ground floor

First floor

Location
Privlaka lies on a narrow peninsula north of Zadar, known for its sandy beaches — a rarity on the Croatian coast, where pebble dominates. Zadar is about 20 minutes by car, Nin and the island of Vir a few minutes away. The sea is one kilometre from the house.
Legal status
Clean title, free of encumbrances. Building permit and use permit (uporabna dozvola).

Buying as an EU citizen
As an EU citizen you buy in Croatia on the same terms as a Croatian national — no ministry approval required. The transaction needs a Croatian identification number (OIB), which we arrange for you. The path: a preliminary contract with a deposit of around 10%, then the notarial deed and entry in the land register.
