Price and costs
1 100 000 €, including the furniture and equipment of all six units. The purchase of a resale property in Croatia is subject to a 3% tax on the transaction value.
Buying as an EU citizen
As an EU citizen you buy in Croatia on the same terms as a Croatian national — no ministry approval required. The transaction needs a Croatian identification number (OIB), which we arrange for you.
