Buying as an EU citizen
As an EU citizen, you can buy property in Croatia on the same terms as a Croatian national, without approval from the ministry. For the transaction you need a Croatian personal identification number (OIB), which we arrange for you. The steps are a preliminary contract with a deposit of about 10%, then the notarial deed and registration in the land register. We guide you through the whole process and assist buyers who cannot be present at every stage.
The interior and surroundings images are design visualisations. Book an online presentation or an on-site viewing, and we will show you the floor plan, the construction progress and the full documentation.
