Buying as an EU citizen

As an EU citizen, you can buy property in Croatia on the same terms as a Croatian citizen, without approval from the ministry. You need a Croatian personal identification number (OIB) for the transaction, and we arrange it for you. The process is a preliminary contract with a deposit of approx. 10%, then the notarial deed and registration in the land register.
