Location

The Adriatic coast is within driving distance.

What to know before viewing

This is not a seaside property. Vinjani Donji lies inland, and from the terrace you see mountains, not the sea — anyone looking for an Adriatic view should be looking at other listings. In exchange you get 510 m² under one roof, a pool and more than a thousand square metres of land for the price of an apartment on the coast itself.

The second point: the finishes and part of the furniture date from 2010–2015 and have the style of their time — classic bedroom sets, laminate flooring, crystal chandeliers. Everything is in working order and well maintained, but a buyer with more contemporary taste should budget for replacing some of the furnishings.
