Villa 5 offers 315 m² of living space on a 697 m² plot in Okrug Donji on the island of Čiovo, 80 metres from the beach. As a result, from the living room and from the pool terrace you look over the neighbouring rooftops straight out to the channel, the opposite shore and the hills.

Layout

The upper floor is a 63 m² living area with an open kitchen, glazed on two sides. Panoramic sliding glazing runs along two elevations, and the exit leads directly onto the upper terrace with the pool. The ground floor holds three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and its own exit to the lower terrace and the garden — a layout in which guests and residents never walk through one another’s rooms.
