The most important documents are: A valid passport or ID card and Croatian identification number OIB.
No, you don’t need to be able to speak Croatian to buy a property in the country. However, knowing the language can make the whole process much easier. In our team, we speak both Polish and Croatian, which allows us to communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction. In addition, we cooperate with Polish-Croatian certified translators who help translate all necessary documents.
